Full payment is collected at the moment you place your order. Nothing ships until that payment has cleared. If it's declined, we'll email you and your order will stay on hold until it's resolved.

All orders are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

5. Price Changes

Prices shown on kipello.com can change without notice. Discount codes and promotions only apply during their active window and can't be added retroactively.
