What This Covers

As a UK-based customer, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing. You also have the right to request that we restrict how your data is used or delete it entirely in certain circumstances.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To object to data processing for advertising purposes, or to make any other data rights request, email support@kipello.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request", along with your name and the email address associated with your account or orders (if any). We'll respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

What Doesn't Change

Exercising your data rights won't affect your ability to shop with us, track your orders, or receive customer support.
